Cresswell and The Royal Agricultural College (RAC) are offering a programme of CPD courses to professional ecologists who want to develop their expertise in areas including field identification for protected species, ecological survey design, legislation, ecological impact assessment and mitigation strategies, in the context of development projects.

These are professional, stand-alone, HEFCE-accredited courses, aimed at professional ecologists and environmental managers, and are also suitable for recent graduates and those wishing to work towards a career in consultancy. Our programme provides:

• a series of stand-alone courses aimed at addressing the skills gap across the ecological and environmental management sector identified by IEEM;
• courses that can count towards the annual CPD requirements of IEEM members; and
• accredited courses that can be taken in combination to lead towards a Postgraduate qualification in “Applied Ecology for Professionals” (subject to validation).
