Ecological Impact Assessment and Environmental Statements

Environmental issues are an increasingly important part of the planning process. For projects with potentially significant environmental impacts, applicants are duty-bound to provide a thorough assessment that ascertains and evaluates these impacts at the outset of the planning process.

Cresswell specialises in ecological impact assessments and site appraisals. We have undertaken a large number of formal and informal Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIAs) (following IEEM guidelines) for a range of public and private clients, for small-scale developments to national infrastructure projects and written the ecology and nature conservation chapters of many Environmental Statements.
